Refill Inkjets-Please bring in your freshly used HP or Canon cartridges. We will gladly refill it in 10 minutes or less. We refill most HP and Canon inkjet cartridges while you wait. Customers can bring their empty inkjet cartridge into our store and have it refilled for $16.99 for standard and $18.99 (cartridge 74XL/#96) for most XL cartridges. If you want cheap inkjets that really prints then contact us.  We only warranty a refill cartridge for 15 days with a copy of the receipt. At this time, we can't refill instant ink cartridges. If we can't refill it due to chip technology then we usually offer a compatible brand at a fraction of the big box stores.  Our compatibles vary in prices for inkjets start 8.99 and up.  We carry a wide selection of compatible toners, drums, and office supplies too.  Our products are reliable and backed by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We offer new, Original Manufacturer Toner Cartridges by special request. Business accounts and walk-ins are welcome to visit our storefront.    

If we don't refill your cartridge then we usually offer a compatible cartridge.

HP and Epson Printer have firmware that must be disable. It's simple and easy to do within 3 mins.

All Inkjet cartridges should be printed every 2 weeks to keep the ink flowing. The printheads will clog over time as well as a brand new cartridge. Printers that aren't used will clog the printhead won't allow any ink to flow. It doesn't matter how many new ones you install it won't print if its clogged. Cradles only last 3 to 5 yrs.

Clogged Cartridge

A cartridge can be rocked gently over a warm, damp cloth to open up the printhead at home. If the ink has been setting for months a nozzle cleaning or deep cleaning will need to be preformed. However, it may still not come out evenly. Please wipe down the paper towel several times. If the cartridge doesn't print it maybe empty. Please remember you will get ink on your hands or cloths. We are not liable for any damages.

Cartridge Display is Blinking

If you touch the gold circuit on the back of the cartridge then the printer can't read it. Please wipe with a magic eraser or pencil eraser gently across gold contacts on the cartridge. Don't try to remove the circuit stripe it won't print. Please reinstall the cartridge. Also, check the cradle to see if any ink is on the contact in the printer where the cartridges are normally installed or position. Please wipe with a Q-tips to remove any ink. If at anytime you purchase a refill cartridge and its full and not printing then we will gladly exchange it. After, many refills the circuits will burn out on the cartridge.

Non-HP Cartridge

Press OK on the printer to continue using a compatible cartridge. Please review the ink levels on display models. If one or more are missing or depleted most of the newer models won't print. Damaged cartridges are due to firmware updates. You can disable this during the installing the printer drivers.

We only stock OEM toner cartridge (original-new) if a compatible isn't available. We can ship any brand right to your door. We do not charge businesses for this service.
