All refill inkjet cartridges have a 10 business day return Policy. We will gladly exchange the cartridges for another one with proof of purchase.

Compatibles and Toner Cartridges 

All products can be returned within 10 days. If product was order by error a 25% restocking fee is charged and no shipping charges will not be reimburse.

The remaining amount will be credit back to original card minus any discount applied.
